We had a great meetup this evening and finally wrapped-up at 8:30pm. Although we expected a big crowd but we enjoyed the evening with fantastic creatives mingling and sharing toast, cold iced tea and cappuccino. It was really a great meetup.
I love using Behance for my portfolio showcase. Perhaps this is the most successful portfolio sites I find online. Few important features I found helpful to me are -
- the BRAND name
- getting global exposure and continuous learning from other designers’ portfolios
- featuring designer projects for greater exposure
- exclusive features they provide like - embedding, search-engine listing, badge, framing support, and profile attachment etc.
- competitions including paid briefs and
- easy to find private clients projects
